Terms of Use
AcEdumy Play: Engineering · Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms cover your use of AcEdumy Play: Engineering ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The app
The first series of levels is free. An optional subscription ("All Series", 1 month or 1 year) unlocks every other series, including series added to this app while your subscription is active.
Subscription, renewal and cancellation
The price of each plan is shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every period (month or year) at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that date. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your account's subscription settings (in the app: Settings → Purchases → Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the unlock stays until the paid period ends.
The app may offer the yearly plan's first year at a reduced price. The offer shows the reduced price, the regular yearly price that applies from the second year, and the same renewal terms before you confirm.
Purchases and refunds
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. You can restore an active subscription on another device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account with "Restore purchases" in the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Educational content
The game simplifies real physics so it can be played. Treat it as a way to explore ideas, not as an engineering reference.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running and may change or improve levels. The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
